  If I could award them zero stars I would. Terrible experience that in the end meant I had to employ a second company, who knew what they were doing, to remedy the shoddy workmanship from Blue Fin. BF flatly refused to discuss remedying the issues we had on what was a simple shower cubicle job - I can only imagine with horror what they would be like with a job of any difficulty. If I had wanted a Mickey Mouse outfit I would have gone to the Disney shop. Do not touch these guys unless you enjoy pain and giving away money.

  Came out for a quote very quickly, arranged a kitchen fitting for a Thursday - cancelled, rescheduled for Friday - didn't turn up and then cancelled and now not returning calls or emails. Unreliable, wasted 2 days holiday on these guys and now back to square one.
